• Items are to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging. Some items may not be returnable, such as personal hygiene items. Items that are not returnable will be marked on the packing slip as non-returnable. Sale and clearance items are not returnable.

• Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Sometimes manufacturers charge us a "restocking fee" for a return. In those cases the "re-stocking fee" will be deducted from your refunded amount.
