The adjustable First Class School Chair promotes good seating posture for children with mild to moderate physical and neurological impairments. It's ideal for use in the home, the classroom or the clinic. The chair's multiple adjustments and optional accessories will meet the needs of your child for years to come as he or she grows and develops.

The basic model comes with a pelvic strap for security and stability as well as armrests for added comfort. Other unique features include:

  • A height and depth adjustable Seat with a 15 degree anterior or posterior tilt
  • Height and width adjustable Armrests
  • An Adjustable Pelvic Belt to help maintain proper hip positioning
  • Choice of two sizes: small (DRFC2000) or large (DRFC4000)
  • Two Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

    The Adjustable First Class School Chair's optional accessories offer a variety of ways to convert your chair to fit the child's specific need. Each of these items were developed to provide the utmost in comfort, maximum security and safety. Select one or all of the accessories below that will best accommodate the child's specific need:

    The Support Kit: Includes a Trunk Harness in an H configuration for anterior chest support, an Abductor that is adjustable in depth, and Lateral Supports that are individually adjustable in height and width.

    The Tray: A horizontal positioning Tray that can be used as a desk or eating tray. It's easy to attach and remove from the chair's armrests.

     

    Footrest: Comes as a 2-piece flip up footplate with heel loop.

    Headrest: Height, depth and angle adjustable Headrest rotates and offers off center placement.

    Headrest Wedges: A pair of Wedges to place anywhere on the headrest for additional comfort and positioning.

    Hip Guides: Width adjustable and 4" high x 9" depth.

    Mobility Base: Four wheeled mobility base for safe transport.
