BellaBambinoStore™  operates with the following ideals:

  • No Telephone or Voice Mail Menus - Talk to a real person each and every time you call.  Please call between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday.  After working hours you can leave a message with the answering service and a real person will call you back the next day - please remember to leave a daytime phone number where you can be reached.

  • We ship our orders out as quickly as we possibly can,  within 1 to 24 hours generally.  If you order is received in the morning, it will go out that afternoon.  If an item is on backorder, you will be notified of the status.

  • We NEVER rent, sell, or give away any of your personal information including e-mail addresses.  In addition, any paperwork that just might have printed personal information will be shredded, not just thrown away.  We shred daily, the kind of shred that makes little tiny pieces, not just long skinny strips.

only accepts orders from browsers which communicate through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. 

SSL technology provides a secure environment for up to 128-bit key length encryption when transmitting your information.  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Shipping & Handling
 

Most orders are shipped within 12 to 48 hours unless placed on a weekend or too late on Friday to be shipped that day.  During the order process you will have an opportunity to select the shipping method with regard to delivery times.

The website ordering process will allow you to select other ordering methods besides "on-line":  complete the order form and your shipping and taxes (if applicable) will be calculated but don’t submit.  You will then be able to print your order form and fax or mail it to us without sending credit card information over the internet.  You may send a check or money order as well. 

Companies and organizations which have an account set up will be able to order online via a purchase order. 

Return Policy & Instructions

BellaBambinoStore™ Return Policy  


If your BellaBambinoStore™  purchase fails to meet your expectations, most items, if returned within 30 days of delivery, will be eligible for a full and prompt refund of the merchandise purchase price.
Please call (888) 833-8875 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. 

Include your packing slip marked with the RMA number for proper credit as well as marking the RMA number on the outside of the box. 

Some items that due to hygienic reasons are not returnable, or returnable only if unopened such as eating utensils, or incontinent products. 

All items must be returned undamaged in their original undamaged product packaging materials.  Original shipping costs will not be refunded.  You will be issued a credit through the charge card used to purchase the product or in some instances you will be issued a check for the amount of the purchase price.  At times manufacturers charge us a restocking fee for returned merchandise.  Should your return result in a re-stocking fee that amount will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Clearance and sale items are not returnable.

All orders being shipped to the State of Georgia will be charged a 7% sales tax which will be added to your order.
